We are on the hunt for experienced cocktail slingers, mixologists and bartenders who have worked in some of Sydney’s best venues to bring their passion for creative beverage and their love of hospitality to Opera Bar. 
  
As Cocktail Bartender your role will involve setting up the bars for service, garnish creation, batching, cocktail creation and providing an exceptional level of beverage service to our customers.
  
Experience working in a high volume bar operation and experience creating classic & signature cocktails, will set you up for success.

Previous experience in high-volume venues and/or cocktail experience a must. The ideal candidate would embody the upcoming list and bring their own unique skillset to the equation.
