It boasts authentic sashimi, yakitori plates, and bold dishes, with a carefully curated beverage program to match, featuring an ever growing list of japanese spirits, liquers, beers & more.

Casual Cocktail Bartender

 Location: Boom Boom Room, Brisbane City

 Hours: Flexible, 20-30 hours per week, Sunday + Monday off and we close at 11:00 pm

 Compensation: Hourly award (HIGA) rate + tips

What You Bring:

 Proven cocktail bartending experience (minimum 1 year within a cocktail heavy environment)

 Outstanding customer service skills

 Knowledge of classic cocktails

 Understanding of spirits, wine, sake. or a desire to learn more 

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 Team player attitude
