JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a position available for an experienced cocktail bartender looking for a minimum of 30 hours per week. You have a sound knowledge of classic cocktails and can maintain a high level of quality, workflow and consistency.  

What you will bring to the table:

  • 2 years or more of bar experience
  • Solid experience and knowledge of mixology
  • Can confidently handle restaurant orders of up to 60 guests for service
  • Good wine knowledge
  • Organised and clean working style
  • Professional manner and punctual
  • Charisma, humour and energetic attitude to the role
  • Your own vehicle or live nearby
  • Ability to work weekends plus mid week lunch and dinner shift
