We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic front-of-house management staff to join our small team at Le Bon Ton Melbourne on a casual basis. 

As this is a management position, applicants must have at least twelve months prior experience in a Supervisor, Duty Manager, or similar role, and have full availability for weekends and evenings. 

This is a casual position offering between one and five shifts a week - not full time hours - and would suit someone looking for a casual position alongside other work or study. 

Le Bon Ton is a New Orleans-inspired cocktail bar and smokehouse located in the backstreets of Collingwood and attracting locals, weekend diners and a late-night hospitality crowd. 

We have a lively front bar, a full restaurant every weekend, and are open until 3am every Friday and Saturday night, serving bar food and cocktails until close. 

Cocktail or restaurant experience is prefered but not essential; we are happy to train the right candidate.
