We are seeking enthusiastic front-of-house staff to join our small team at Le Bon Ton Melbourne.
Le Bon Ton is a New Orleans-inspired cocktail bar and smokehouse located in the backstreets of Collingwood and attracting locals, weekend diners and a late-night hospitality crowd.
We have a lively front bar, a full restaurant every weekend, and are open until 3am every Friday and Saturday night, serving bar food and cocktails until close.
Applicants must have at least six months prior experience in a customer facing hospitality role and have full availability for weekends and the busy Summer season, including Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
Cocktail or restaurant experience is prefered but not essential; we are happy to train the right candidate.
