JOB DESCRIPTION

The YOT Group have an exciting opportunity available for Cleaners to join our team on the Gold Coast QLD. 

We are YOT Club, the world's first Super Yacht entertainment venue, 23 meters wide x 35 meters long, licensed for 400 guests over two luxurious levels. We designed and built the YOT Club right here on the Gold Coast at the Coomera Marine precinct. From an initial napkin sketch to the official launch on the 9th of March 2019, the YOT Club was a monumental two year construction project requiring over 20,000 hours to complete the build.

In addition to YOT Club, YOT Group also operates 3 luxurious private super yachts - YOT Blue, YOT 75 and YOT Vice.

Responsibilities:

  • Be committed to the assigned schedule and roster.
  • Give sufficient advance notice if you are unable to attend a shift
  • Always wear a uniform and take care of it
  • Be active in the cleaning channel on Slack
  • Arrive on time
  • Follow the cleaning roster and assigned tasks
  • Follow instructions from the team coordinator of the shift you are working on
  • Communicate and report any damage found while cleaning
  • Keeping an eye for detail
  • Sticking as closely as possible to the assigned work schedule
  • Be proactive
  • Be an active part of the cleaning team and encourage teamwork

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work over 7 days, including weekends & public holidays
  • Have a valid drivers licence to travel between locations.
  • Have a can - do, open minded approach to hospitality and what it can be - Sky's the limit!
  • Procedures and policies are respected and followed.
  • High proficiency in the English language and communication
