Chief Concierge

We love everything "Melbourne"! We are looking for passionate “Melbourne Enthusiasts" to share their love for this great city with our guests and to lead our concierge team.

What you will be doing:

  • Supervision and support of the Concierge team. 
  • Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
  • Lead by example when attending to guest requests. Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction. 
  • Knowing everything there is to know about Melbourne!
  • Sharing your knowledge and passion with visitors to our city.
