We are in search of talented people to drive our kitchen and culinary program forward. These roles are a vital part of a young dynamic environment and team. To be considered for these exciting positions, you must possess the following:

• Trade qualifications
• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles
• Experience leading staff during service
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
• Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards
• Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP
• You will have a valid working visa / residency - this is essential to this role. We do not consider short-term applicants.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a natural talent for cooking and passion to serve modern fine dining food in a casual environment. A background in a similar environment would be beneficial, but not necessary
