Chef de Partie - Healesville Hotel
Healesville Hotel is under new management and re-opening the dining room with Italian cusine. Hand made pastas and classic tiramisu.
We are looking for Chef de Partie's to assist in running a section that is Italian and classic pub food in the the Yarra Valley. We are using as much local produce. And leading into spring summer, there will be lots to source.
We offer a 4 day work week, so you have time outside of work hours to pursue other interests.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
