Once renovated, the Coomera Lodge Hotel will host dining for 500+ from the newly refurbished kitchen, deliver live outdoor music in the large beer garden and continue to deliver gaming options in the refreshed gaming area for the community.

The Coomera Lodge Hotel is looking to revitalise its kitchen by celebrating pub classics focusing on quality and affordability for the local community, which has embraced the lodge for the past 150 years. We are looking for chefs with interest and experience in pub fare. We have a few chef roles to fill, so if you think you’ve got the skills apply now!

What will you bring to the table?  

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Chef role  
• Experience in recipe costings and understanding of kitchen financials      
• Ability to order and maintain stock, including delivery checks

• Ability to engage with the local community
