REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Unwavering Passion for Food: A deep-rooted passion for gastronomy and a comprehensive understanding of culinary techniques.
  • Relevant Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience in professional kitchens, with a minimum of 2 years of industry expertise.
  • Poise Under Pressure: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and delivering exceptional results.
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously within a team.
  • Agility and Adaptability: Willingness to embrace new culinary trends and quickly adapt to evolving industry practices.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Possession of relevant certifications and qualifications, such as food safety and hygiene.

Remuneration is negotiable and will reflect your skills and the level of experience you can bring to the success of the kitchen. We pay above award and expect generous tips and incentives.
