We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef or Cook to join our supportive team.
You will have previous experience in a commercial kitchen. You will also be able to work as part of a team and also independately when required.
Merinda Village hotel is situated in Bowen, located on the north east coast of Queensland. With untouched beaches, beautiful bays & warm tropical climate. With an average of 8 hours sunshine daily it could also lay claim to have the best climate in Queensland. There are many attractions in Bowen including The Big Mango, Water Park Playground located on the front beach of Bowen, The Summer garden Movie Theatre & Snorkelling at Greys bay and Horse Shoe bay. Bowen has several Primary Industries including Agriculture, Fishing, Tourism & Mining, with the Abbot point coal terminal situated 25 kms north of Bowen.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
