Chef - Parkview Hotel Alexandria

The Parkview Hotel Alexandria is an exciting & growing Hotel & Restaurant & we have a rare opportunity to join our Kitchen team

We are seeking a passionate & innovative Chef de partie to support the head chef & take the food business to the next level.

You will have outstanding communication skills and a strong attention to detail, you will understand the requirements for food preparation to prescribed standards, together with maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. You will also possess a strong passion for food, great eye for detail, great work ethic

The successful applicant will be at chef de partie level with experience in Modern Australian Cuisine, a passion for creative food, be able to work quickly & efficiently in a busy environment.

We offer a great working environment & Approx 25-30 hours initially a week with Full time hours or salary position available for the right candidate. We also offer rostering flexibility to work shifts across the Restaurant & Hotel trading hours
