Kame House will offer a bowl delicious Hokkaido rice topped with a premium assortment seafood sashimi. 

Our new restaurant is soon to open, we need a super team who will assume the responsibility for the overall culinary experience of this restaurant. 

About the opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organise and plan the preparation and cooking of food;
• Ordering food supplies, plan menus, estimate labour and food costs;
• Preparation and presentation control at all stages and monitoring the quality of food;
• Preparation and cooking of food;
• Be involved with the selection and training of staff;
• Partaking in discussions of food preparation issues with Head Chef, other chefs, Management, and other staff;
• Enforcing and explain hygiene regulations;
• Advising on cooking procedures and demonstrating techniques;
• Preservation and freezing of foods.
