Kitchen Workshop has a great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to lead and motivate a team of talented and professional cooks and chefs.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the management team in the day to day operation as well as providing leadership, support and coaching to your allocated section. You must be highly motivated and focused, with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.

About the Role:

• Extensive international buffet experience and knowledge required
• Effective leadership skills including the ability to train and mentor your team
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
• Ability to work as a part of a team environment & excellent communication skills
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP 
• Must be available to work over a 24/7 roster
• You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception to be eligible to work onsite at Crown.
