ABOUT THE ROLE  

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef who can bring diverse experience and inspired ideas to our table. Using a traditional pizza oven and seasonal fresh ingredients, you’ll be hand stretching dough, running all aspects of the pizza section and working closely with the Head Chef to ensure service runs smoothly.  

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

ABOUT YOU  

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience working as a Pizza Chef   

  • Experience working with a wood fired oven  

  • Knowledge around hand stretching, dough production and dough management. 

  • You are an enthusiastic team-player with great communication.  

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.  

  • You are available to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.  

  • Full unrestricted Australian work rights
