CHEF DE PARTIE | BISTRO MONCUR The Iconic Bistro Moncur is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade. With a renowned focus of delivering excellent food, a unique customer experience and a premium quality product, experience in a similar role and establishment is preferred.
Your key focus will be to deliver an excellent product for our customers whilst running an allocated section within the kitchen. You will be required to support Senior Chefs by leading by example to ensure that the team shares the same vision of producing food to the highest quality and standards.

Commercial Cookery Qualification
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar venue and role
