JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for reliable and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team with a background showing previous culinary experience.

A contemporary pub menu with Asian influence and a renowned focus of delivering excellent food, a unique customer experience and a premium quality product, experience with Asian cuisine is preferred.

Your key focus will be to deliver an excellent product for our customers whilst continuing to learn and lead the more junior staff. You will be required to ensure that the team shares the same vision of producing food to the highest quality and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
  • Can produce consistent quality
  • Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
  • Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
  • Enjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure
