JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in accordance with the established menu and quality standards.
  • Ensuring that all food preparation and presentation is in compliance with the company's food safety policies and procedures.
  • Supervising and training junior members of the kitchen staff.
  • Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and ordering supplies.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and informing the Head Chef of any shortages.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
