iTi is looking for their next Chef de Partie to join their friendly team in Titirangi!

iTi is a stylish boutique eatery & bar nestled in the treetops of leafy Titirangi. Top shelf drinks and a quality menu sees this great venue popular with discerning guests. 
We are part of The Trusts and have 23 West Liquor and Village, Wine & Spirits stores, 4 Liquorland's, 8 hospitality venues and The Quality Hotel Lincoln Green. We are all about keeping things local in our community and giving back to West Auckland. 

The Job: 
Playing your part on the iTi team is rewarding & fun. We work hard, we care about what we do, & we all make sure we do it to the high standards our guests love us for. We learn new skills every day, we help each other achieve individual & team targets, & we celebrate success. 

Responsibilities Include:  

• Prepare ingredients with minimal or no wastage 
• Produce all menu items in accordance with dish specifications 
• Train other team members in menu item production and/or technique 
• Comply with all venue rules, health and hygiene regulations, legislation, security and emergency procedures 
• Assist in keeping the kitchen and workspace clean and tidy

About You: 

• Well organised and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task 
• Delegate effectively
• Experience working in a busy kitchen
• A good role model who can lead by example 
• Loves to prepare and produce delicious food
• Relevant cookery qualifications, plus some solid experience under your belt
