We are looking for a reliable and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team with a background showing previous culinary experience.
If you have been to the NSW snowfields in the last ten years it is likely you have dropped into Cocina. Located in the centre of Jindabyne, we have featured on Sydney Weekender, tourism campaigns and blogs and recently Destination Desserts. We have just had a makeover and a change of direction and emerged as Cocina & Co. Fresh, fun and one of the most popular restaurants and cocktail bars in the Snowy Mountains.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items in the designated area of the Kitchen and for the maintenance of equipment and work area.You will have the opportunity to work under a creative and experienced Head Chef who will give you the opportunity to grow, be challenged and achieve in an encouraging environment.
