JOB DESCRIPTION

Oborozuki is a fine-dining restaurant with a separated bar and high-profile location. Our menu is designed as Contemporary Australian Fine Dining with Japanese touch, using local and fresh seasonal products. Located in Circular quay. The is your chance to grow and develop a longstanding career alongside the show-stopping Sydney Harbour. We are currently seeking an Experienced Chef De Partie.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates must have: 

  • Experience working in a fine dining restaurant. 
  • Have full Australian working rights. 
  • Appetite and passion for food and produce 
  • Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail 
  • Communicates clearly, professionally, and concisely 
  • Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume restaurant

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
