About the position
This casual opportunity will see you working predominantly in the larder section, preparing salads and entrée’s for the Galley Kitchen restaurant. You will also have the opportunity to work other sections on occasions.
This position will require availability across a 7 day roster, with evening and weekend availability essential. No split shifts are required in this opportunity.
About you
The Executive Chef is eager to see applications from Chefs or cooks that have demonstrated experience in a restaurant and or hotel background. With a team oriented mentality, you will thrive in a fast paced environment and be open minded to learning.
You will be committed to producing high quality food items across a range of styles. You must have high standards of personal and kitchen hygiene. Preferably you willhave a current food safety certificate.
