LUX EXPRESSO is opening in a newly developed area with lots of foot traffic in Hoxton Park.
Opening early December, 7 days a week from 6 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday. You will be working 45-50 hours a week - days and hours flexible
We are looking for an experienced full time Head Chef to run a busy kitchen that will be serving a all day breakfast, brunch and lunch
The role will include stock ordering, team management and the ability to cook and plate food perfectly
About the role
Positive personality and the ability to work well under pressure.
Minimum two RECENT years working as a chef or sous chef in Australia
Fluent English
Permission to work within Australia (citizen, PR, valid visa)
Specific date availability or shift flexibility
Manage and rotate stock
Build our customer base and continue to grow it
