Essentially, you will be working in our Cellar and Stock control for one of the largest Pubs in Australia.

Day-to-Day Can Look Like-

With such a diverse portfolio, no day will be the same working for Eatons Hill Hotel. A few typical responsibilities can include: 

• Maintaining the cellar and service outlets
• Requisitions and restocking of all service outlets
• Stock control and stocktaking
• Receiving, checking, and sorting of all deliveries 
• Changing kegs
• Maintenance and management across total draft beer systems 
• Maintain presentation of hotel precinct and Loading Dock

Qualifications

• Forklift license (Essential)
