We are currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic customer service focused cellar door bartender to join the team here at the iconic Tamborine Mountain Distillery.

This is your opportunity to join our newly reopened Cellar door and be an active part of growing our business with offering tastings and cocktails.

Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maximise sales opportunities by upselling Liqueurs & Spirits
• Liqueur & Spirit knowledge
• Cocktail/Mixology skills
• Deliver excellence in customer service
• Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering beverage orders
• Able to maintain attentive, friendly service while busy and under pressure
• Professional work ethic
• Effective communication skills & the ability to build rapport with our customers
• You will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekend days and public holidays.

As a successful candidate you will have:

• At least 3 years’ experience working behind a bar
• Cocktail/Mixology skills
• A friendly, customer focused attitude.
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and efficient
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Licence
• A high standard of personal presentation
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including weekends and public holidays.
