The name, inspired by the Park Street location, captures our vision: an open-door, feel-right-at-home social space the community can call its own, reflecting Mona Vale’s hefty food, drink and creative credentials.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Park House are on the hunt for an experienced Cellar/ Bottle Shop Attendant to join the team.  As a Bottle Shop and/or Cellar Attendant at Park House, you will:

• ensure all delivered product is of the highest quality
• maintain stock at adequate levels for trade and received correctly into inventory
• manage appropriate stock movements throughout the venue
• supplying and managing the bar back team to ensure all our bars are set up for trade
• participate in servicing the floor during trade
• general maintenance and cleanliness of the cellar and receiving dock
• be across stocktake procedures, and implement controls & solutions as needed
