Set on the ground floor of Oxford House is Busby’s – our brunch spot by Day and Moody Vinyl Bar by night. Boasting a stellar wine list, Busby’s menu is made for sharing and showcases trendy European inspired plates. Busby’s is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
The Role
Oxford House is looking for experienced casual Chefs to join our talented brigade.
Working in an exciting, fast paced kitchen, your day to day will involve preparing ingredients, working across multiple sections, maintaining a clean & organised kitchen, maintaining HACCP and ensuring a high quality of product each service.
Experienced Chef de Parties who have worked in top quality casual dining establishments or some of Sydney's most loved restaurants or hotels will hit the ground running. The kitchen caters to a steady flow of patrons, so experience working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen will set you up for success.
