Olympic Meats Marrickville is bringing the heat being a premium dine in and take away charcoal restaurant specialising in spit roasted Greek style BBQ meats and freshly baked woodfire pita breads! 

We are on the hunt for casual chefs. The team behind the venue are a group of young, energetic & passionaite individuals who live for a purpose. We are constantly striving to go the extra mile to create fantastic experiences and a can do attitude and always wanting to learn and grow.

As a casual chef you will be responsible for running a section primarily during service. Flexibility to adapt to any rople within the business when required. 

Job description

-Assist the team in an effective and smooth flow of service. 

-Ensuring quality control and high standard is met. 

-Maintain OHS and food safety regulations 

-Have a can do attitude and willing to help and work around other sections

What we need from you

-Available for weekend work

-Friendly and outgoing personality

We are a small and energetic team and we will provide on site training. We will be providing staff training in the coming weeks for out opening in late Febuary.

minimum one year experience in a fast paced kitchen.
