Sinclair’s at The Log Cabin will take you on a culinary journey of the Hawksbury, mountains and Nepean Regions, introducing you to the communities, people and farmers who inspire our menus.This exciting concept for Western Sydney, prides itself on serving community sourced, local, seasonal produce as the heart of its menu. Each dish created being a reflection of the region, from the farm to your plate.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Casual Chef at Sinclair's, you are responsible for but not limited to: 

• Preparing and producing dishes on the line with our highly efficient and harmonious kitchen team
• Maintaining high level kitchen standards and quality
• Assisting in achieving consistent GP and wage results
• Assist in the efficient Kitchen operations
• Wage management, stocktake and GP monitoring
