One of Brisbane's most popular music venues is looking for help in their small but busy kitchen!

The Triffid kitchen is looking to expand the team! We are seeking a motivated and experienced cook to join the crew, someone who is capable of keeping up a fast paced level of service whilst serving top-knotch food to our music loving beer garden. If you think you're the right person for the job, we'd love to hear from you! Someone who is passionate about what they do and flexible enough to manage beer garden service, right through to a corporate cocktail function.

15+ hours available in a casual role with an immediate start.

The right candidate will have:

• All cooking & food safety certificates up to date
• Australian work rights
• Work well in small and large teams
• Strong work ethic to work in a tight community
• Basic knife skills.
• Can-do attitude.
• Strong ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be an absolute Boss in the Dish pit
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Knowledge to be working directly with Chefs - including food prep, general service and private functions
• Good taste in music
