Here at the Brisbane German Club we pride ourselves on providing quality service and a great experience to all patrons who enter our doors. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and serve beverages
• Greet and sign in patrons
• Ensure compliance with club policies regarding sales under the Liquor Act
• Practice responsible service of alcohol as per the club's code of conduct
• Maintain bar cleanliness 
• Collect and clean dirty glassware
• Provide efficient beverage service, encompassing general bar duties, cleaning of bar area and equipment, restocking product on a rotational basis, waste/bottle storage and disposal, chemical storage and usage, cleaning of work surface areas.

Qualifications/Expectations:

• Must have current RSA
• RSG (optional)
• Ability to work late nights and weekends is essential
• At least 1 year experience behind a bar (not essential but preferred)

Role can be between 10-25 hours dependent on how busy we are. However, there is definitely room for growth and more hours if you're looking for that
