We are seeking a casual/part time Bar Supervisor who will work closely with the Bar Manager to deliver our guests a phenomenal experience. A great opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career or looking for a new challenge.
Reporting to the Bar Manager,

you will be responsible for the following:

- Assisting manage bartenders hours & breaks
- Recording stock levels & ordering
- assisting with stock take & menu curation
- ensuring our guests at the bar are looked after & have a great experience

Skills needed to succeed:

- classic cocktail knowledge.
- wine & spirit knowledge is highly desirable.
- barista coffee knowledge
- clear communication & people management skills
- immaculate presentation

Looking for someone who will be able to hit the ground running, working alongside the bar manager. a great opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career or expand their professional network.

flexible with hours offering up to 38hrs per week. (weekend availability is a must)

- valid QLD RSA & I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate.

- If no prior supervisor/management experience, a minimum of 2 years heavy cocktail bar experience is required.

- all black uniform (black shoes, pants, long button up shirt) apron is provided on first shift.
