JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Casual Bar and Gaming Staff to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Operate gaming machines and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to established standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and gaming area
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including responsible service of alcohol and responsible gambling guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bartender
Bottle Shop attendant
Cocktail Bartender
Gaming attendant

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar and/or gaming environment
  • Current RSA and RCG certifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and cash handling skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
