The Esplanade Hotel is on the hunt for Chefs to join the team!
As a Chef, your role will involve:
Holding down a section during service
Prepping a variety of dishes between services
Upholding standards in a fast paced environment
Checking and storing deliveries on a daily basis
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a kitchen
Confident and creative cooking style
Ability to work with a team
Ability to multi-task effectively
Initiative to run a section confidently
