Brunetti Oro is seeking a passionate and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team.

The right candidate will be team orientated, demonstrate a hands-on approach to customer service, and provide quality, effective, operational leadership to the team. 

Previous experience as a supervisor is required, as is the ability to lead by example, develop and support team members, and build and maintain a productive, respectful and fun working environment and culture.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the provision of effective operational leadership to achieve agreed revenue and business objectives
• Ensure service standards are met and high levels of customer satisfaction delivered
• Provide leadership, training, and support to team members identifying and nurturing talent for succession within the business
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with staff, fostering a respectful, productive, and collegial working environment and culture
• Adopt a hands-on approach to customer service, leading by example, and demonstrating initiative and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
• Open and close the venue as per designated rosters
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience of managing a team
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience of quality customer service

Brunetti Oro 1956 - The evolution of an Italian tradition

• Previous experience in the provision of effective operational leadership, leading a team and achieving agreed revenue and business objectives
• Previous expereince providing superior standards of customer service ensuring customer satifaction within a cafe/restaurant environment
• Demonatrated leadership capability with the ability to provide training, and support to team members, identifying and nurturing talent for succession within the business
• Prevous experience building and maintaining productive working relationships with staff, fostering a respectful, productive, and collegial working environment and culture
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach to customer service, leading by example, and demonstrating initiative and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience as cafe supervisor/restaurant supervisor is required.
