Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Day to day cafe & restaurant operation directly working with the head chef and general manager;
• Great barista experience and knowledge would be a bonus but not essential;
• Recruit new staff, and provide training to existing and/or new staff members;
• Help the company in achieving desired targets and results;
• Make & Approve rosters with an eye of payroll budget (Experience in using Deputy will be great);
• Revenue driven with eyes on labour cost;
• Stock orders for FOH and organising any repairs if necessary;
• Be extremely reliable with high level of commitment, and be able to work on both weekends and any other days when you have to step in;
• Experience in using social media will be great too;
• Have your own transport or otherwise off-street parking or staff rate parking is available at $7 a day
