JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly experienced Café Manager who is strong in leading and coaching a team, passionate about coffee and food and most of all, customer focused in all that they do.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Cafe Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have a passion for coffee and food
  • Be able to work well under pressure and in fast paced cafe environment
  • Switched on attitude
  • Be focused on people and culture as a top priority
  • Have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service 100% of the time
  • Be able to lead a team effectively and coach and develop team members as required
  • Understand all food safety and hygiene requirements
  • Be strong in stock management and cost control processes
  • Communicate professionally with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company representatives
