Penny for Pound are looking for an experienced Chef to work at our brand new, state of the art Head Quarters. 

Including a large production kitchen for our wholesale chefs, pastry kitchen, bakery section, gelato shop, and a kitchen to service our 120 seat cafe. 

As a Chef of the cafe you will be responsible for assisting the Head and Sous chef run the daily kitchen operations.

We make all our breads, pastries, fillings and other elements in house, and are proud of the fresh products and produce served.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Head and Sous Chef's in executing quarterly updates, and seasonal weekly specials
• Completing mise en place
• maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through consistency of product and timely service
• following all food safety procedures
