JOB DESCRIPTION

We are on the lookout for Cafe All-Rounders with a serious passion for coffee & top class customer service to join our team at Jamaica Blue in Moore Park!

The roles are perfect for someone who has the below attributes:

  • Passionate about providing customer service and developing relationships with our regulars.
  • Is a natural in a café environment and will roll up their sleeves to help their colleagues whenever required.
  • An objective mindset who can work with our teams in research for new equipment, practices & methods.
  • Can both listen, lead and assist the training of new colleagues.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Barista
Crew Trainer
Food & Beverage Attendant
Waitstaff
Cashier

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

In return the successful candidate will be provided with:

  • Support and training from our coffee support teams
  • Consistent hours with a reliable employer at award rates, with full-time available for the right candidate
  • Great experience in a challenging environment
  • An opportunity to develop your coffee skills on many different equipment  and product platforms
