We are seeking talented and dedicated Café All Rounders/ Baristas to join our team at our Southport, Gold Coast store. About you

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or café environment
• Available 25-30+ hours per week, with 7-day flexibility 
• Barista experience preferred, but not essential 
• A fun, hardworking and energetic attitude towards work
• Work well in a busy environment  
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Fast hands and an ability to work autonomously and in a team
• A demonstrated understanding of the Merlo workplace culture
