We are a busy and well-established cafe located in the beautiful Burleigh heads with an organic, local and house made food focus. Our place has an excellent reputation for the consistent quality coffee/food and extraordinary customer services. 

About the role 

We are looking for someone who is motivated, outgoing and hard working to join our fantastic front house team. This is an all-rounder role to be considered in this position you need to have experiences in a very busy cafe.

You must possess the following skills:

*       Experience working in a fast pace environment

*       Ability to engage with the local community

*       Strong customer focus and has a passion for the industry

*       Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals and  team

*       Amazing time management skills and work ethic

*       Must have impeccable health and hygiene

*       Friendly and outgoing personality (Essential)
