JOB DESCRIPTION
Little Birdee is currently on the lookout for cafe all rounders at all levels of experience to join our team in Spring Hill.
We’re open 7 days a week from 6:30am and close from 3pm and 7pm. Hours available range from 15-35/week. Great for students!
We can provide on the job customer service and barista training, along with nationally recognised certificate and/or diploma level training in hospitality management.
With multiple new sites opening in the very near future, supervisor & management roles are also a possibility.
Our criteria; you will be a of a customer focus mindset with an emphasis on effective communication amongst the team & customers, possess a positive attitude and willingness to better yourself each day individually and amongst the group.
Hospitality experience is great, but not essential.
No other requirements or previous experience necessary
