We are seeking a short-term contract for an experienced, hands-on, skilled cook/chef to cover our Chef who has had to leave unexpectedly as his partner is having a baby and it's come early.
We have an easy broad breakfast menu and have staff to assist with expectations.
The hours are friendly, Wednesday to Saturday 6am - 2pm and 7am - 2pm on Sundays.
As a Chef you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items in the designated area of the Kitchen and for the maintenance of equipment and work area.
