The Role
We are looking for skilled and exceptional Bartenders to join our team in this iconic Surry Hills pub.

You will have previous experience with cocktails and working in high volume venues, the ability to thrive in a fast paced & high energy environment, and have a strong beverage knowledge and be passionate about what you do.

You will have the gift of being able to entertain our guests with witty banter, all the while wowing them with your creative and incredible cocktails. Our guests are very important to us, and we strive to create memorable experiences that keep them coming back time after time.
