Le Bar Supper Club is a 1920's French/New York cocktail bar in the Bayside suburbs of Melbourne. We are on the hunt for extremely passionate people who can deliver sensational customer service, create amazing drinks and entertain our customers! We're open Wednesday to Saturday evenings.

About the Role

• Work in our fast paced bar creating cocktails, pouring fine wines, making coffees etc.
• Providing beverage recommendations & up-selling 
• Stock take of beverages 
• Assist with storage of incoming stock
• Attend weekly development meetings to discuss recipes, conduct tastings, etc. 
• Providing personalised service & building relationships with customers
• Casual, full time, part time available

In order to be successful, you will: 

• Have excellent knowledge of wine, whiskeys, spirits, cocktails, beers, coffees etc. 
• Love hospitality! 
• Possess outstanding customer service skills and be well equiped to deal with challenging customers
• Be confident in up selling
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Perform to a high level in a fast paced environment
• Be punctual and reliable
• Appear professional and well groomed
• Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
• Have a current RSA
• Be available to work between Wednesday to Saturday nights 
• Full working rights within Australia required
