Trolley'd is Australia's first mobile bar and events company embracing the qualities of sustainability, foraged native Australian and local organic produce. Our vision for a healthy planet embraces the 'reduce, reuse, recycle, regenerate' ethos throughout our entire production line. Our mission is to take the world to new heights, and to leave the planet at least a little bit better than when we found it.

We are seeking experienced cocktail bartenders to join our team. We’re looking for personable, open minded people who care about the environment to work with us on an array of cocktail and mobile bar events in Sydney, South Coast, Southern Highlands, Central Coast and ACT. From cruises on the harbour, to private parties and pop-up bars, we work on a variety of events with amazing clients who appreciate our ethos.

Due to our focus on sustainability, we produce all of our mixers, syrups and infused botanical spirits in-house using local organic, native and foraged ingredients. Our staff are required to have an understanding of how we produce our product, as it's all about storytelling and communicating where the ingredients has come from and why. We will provide training to ensure a top quality Trolley'd experience for all of our clients. We will open your eyes to the incredible edible plant world all around, and teach you how to forage. We strive for a deeper level of learning to add to all drinks making credentials, and are looking for crew who are interested to learn, and to teach.

We are all about producing a professional product, whilst having FUN! Often with an aviation themed twist ;-) We also produce large scale aeroplane experiences and stages, so there is opportunity to gain experience working at VIP/ festival bars, and on large scale activations, into the future!

Our ideal candidate is professional, kind, sassy and enthusiastic. You care about the environment, and you are keen to learn. You will make us laugh with your sharp wit, or/ laugh at our jokes, or/ you will be willing to learn a few jokes to get you on your way... You know how to have fun, whilst getting the job done. You appreciate the Trolley'd ethos, and will help us on our mission to contribute positively to the planet.

ALL STAFF

* Dress code - presentable. We provide shirts and epaulettes for bar staff, and either shirts or dress/pants/jumpsuits for Cabin Crew.

BAR STAFF

Minimum 3 years experience for Bar Staff / Bar Pilots.

CABIN CREW

Some hospitality experience is an advantage. Our Cabin crew garnish drinks, provide tray service and cycle cocktail glassware.
