The Dolphin Hotel is an iconic venue right in the heart of Surry Hills. The multi award winning venue boasts 3 levels with 4 bars and has cemented itself as an institution of the Sydney hospitality scene. The venue has a strong focus on quality driven produce, with an Italo inspired food menu, a wine list that puts most pubs to shame and some of the best cocktails Surry Hills has to offer. All this surrounded by a Christo inspired decor, plenty of art and a team culture that is second to none.
We are looking for Bartenders of all levels to join our ever growing team at the Dolphin Hotel. The right candidates will have the ability to achieve a guest focused culture, where the individual experience takes priority over individual transaction, where expectations are exceeded and where excellence is delivered at all moments of interaction.
We will provide continuous on the job training, with opportunities to expand your skills and career progression. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by some of the best in the restaurant industry, sharpening your skill set and knowledge, and progressing you further into your hospitality career.
