This gem of a social hub is located on the ground floor of the recently opened Ace Hotel, just a 10 minute walk from Central Station. Here the kitchen team creates tasty bites incorporating seasonal delights with an emphasis on veggies as ingredients are sourced from independent farmers & producers.

This vibrant atmosphere is emphasised with our DJ’s providing some awesome tunes as specialty cocktails are a must have for guests finishing their work week, starting their weekend or just wanting to enjoy some great sounds!

You will be making recommendations to customers off the beverage menu, making in-house local ingredient focused cocktails, and other beverages such as organic wines curated by Mike Bennie of P&V Paddington. While also working the floor, taking orders and maintain the space because one team = one dream.

About The Role-

- Taking beverage & food orders from guests

- Solid base knowledge of classic cocktails

- Knowledgeable in wine & spirits

- Taking payments and comfortable using a POS system

- Available for nights & weekends (rosters are rotating...YEWWWWW)

About you-
- Energetic personality
- Previous experience working in a bar
- Must hold a current RSA
- Ability to communicate and make recommendations to patrons
