JOB DESCRIPTION

Welcome to The Rawson, come and join our amazing team! We are a 1836 heritage-listed venue in the historic Rocks district. Spread across four levels, The Rawson is a restaurant, terrace, cocktail bar, and unique functions & event space.

We want the best pourers, shakers and mixers to come behind our bar, you in?

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

What We Need

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Dedicated to providing high quality service at a consistent level
  • Well-groomed/presented
  • A positive attitude, professional and enthusiastic
  • Reliable and have a strong work ethic
  • Valid RSA
  • Must be able to work nights and/or weekends


Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
